About the Role
The Agentic AI Lead at Innovation Federal Credit Union is a hands-on technical role responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. The role supports IFCU’s strategic aim to simplify work, modernize collaboration, and improve member outcomes through responsible, secure use of AI.
What You’ll Do
- Build AI agents to simplify work and reduce manual effort.
- Provide training and coaching on using Copilot and AI agents.
- Automate repetitive tasks to reduce wait times and errors.
- Ensure agents retrieve approved information for service excellence.
- Accelerate M365 adoption across Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.
- Develop scalable solutions aligned with IFCU’s digital ecosystem.
- Track performance metrics and support financial planning.
- Adhere to IFCU’s Responsible AI and data governance frameworks.
- Protect member and employee data through strict access controls.
- Maintain documentation and collaborate on compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. Completion of related Microsoft Learn Paths such as "Create agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio" and "Extend Microsoft 365 Copilot with AI Agents" is expected. Experience with SharePoint architecture, structured content, or knowledge systems and familiarity with generative AI, RAG-based retrieval, or vector-based knowledge sources is beneficial.
