About the Role

At Innovaccer, the Senior Product Manager Healthcare will develop products that make a significant impact in the healthcare industry. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle by conceptualizing, gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders, and driving product development with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams.

A Day in the Life

  • Conduct market research to understand user needs and behavior.
  • Gather data from research, partners, vendors, and competitive analysis.
  • Define product vision, goals, and success indicators.
  • Drive cross-functional projects with designers, engineers, and partners.
  • Leverage customer feedback and analytical tools for insights.
  • Communicate status, risks, and changes to senior leadership.
  • Assess implications of changes on existing products and new features.
  • Compile data to prioritize features and inform decision-making.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, design, or product marketing.
  • Ability to transform ambiguous problems into clear, actionable solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and capacity for clear executive and technical dialogue.
  • Proven track record in defining projects, prioritizing features, and driving cross-functional delivery.
  • Experience with software development processes and program management tools.
  • Healthcare industry knowledge is preferred.
