About the Role

The role focuses on defeating traditional challenges in patient care with data-driven approaches. You will leverage healthcare data to build algorithms that personalize treatments and develop the next generation of predictive analytics tools.

A Day in the Life

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Python, Django, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and more.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Develop APIs and microservices to support frontend and external integrations.
• Implement data models, optimize databases, and ensure data integrity.
• Write clean, well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and troubleshoot technical issues.

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of backend engineering experience with Node.js frameworks such as Fastify, Koa, or Express.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with database design, query optimization, and scaling both SQL and NoSQL.
• Understanding of distributed systems, caching strategies (Redis), and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows.
• Experience in building LLM-driven applications, AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI), RAG pipelines, and embedding models.
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and logging frameworks including MLflow and LangSmith.
• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud services.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
