This role is a freelance, remote position focused on the Romanian language, with an hourly-based payment structure.
About the Role: AI Trainer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical AI Trainer to support the development, training, and improvement of artificial intelligence models. This role involves creating, reviewing, and evaluating various forms of data, including text, questions & answers, prompts, and model outputs, to ensure they meet stringent accuracy, relevance, and quality standards aligned with project guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, curate, and annotate high-quality training data for AI/LLM models.
- Develop and validate questions, answers, prompts, and explanations based on defined guidelines.
- Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logic, relevance, and compliance.
- Identify errors, biases, or inconsistencies in model responses and provide corrective feedback.
- Follow project-specific quality standards, formatting rules, and timelines.
- Perform quality checks and revisions based on QA/client feedback.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with QA teams, reviewers, and project managers as required.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or high school diploma.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and structured formats.
- Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, or large language models.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in data annotation, content creation, QA, or training roles.
- Familiarity with AI tools, annotation platforms, or content management systems.
- Subject-matter expertise in one or more domains (e.g., Math, Science, Coding, Language, Finance, etc.).
