This is a Freelance / Project-Based role for an AI Data Quality Analyst, working remotely from Germany, with flexible hours (minimum 4–5 hours per day). A Bachelor’s degree is required.
About the Role: AI Data Quality Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of language to join Innodata Inc. as an AI Data Quality Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing AI systems by meticulously reviewing and creating language data. Your contributions will directly support the training of large language models (LLMs) and various other Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Create or edit content such as grammar explanations, sentence examples, and notes about how language works.
- Find and fix issues related to grammar, unclear meaning, and bias in language data.
- Check AI outputs for fluency, accuracy, tone, and correctness.
- Label and annotate text with linguistic information, including syntax, meaning, and context.
- Conduct linguistic research and provide concise summaries of findings.
- Review AI results to identify patterns or errors, applying comprehensive linguistic knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in linguistics, covering areas such as syntax, semantics, phonology, morphology, pragmatics, and sociolinguistics.
- Experience in computational linguistics, corpus work, data annotation, or LLM training is highly beneficial.
- Excellent writing and communication skills are essential for this role.
