About the Role
We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and managing public tenders and private proposals, connecting client needs with Alkemy’s capabilities in Brand Experience (BX), Data, and Media.
What We Value
- 5 –7+ years of experience in presales, consulting, or agency environments.
- Experience with public tenders and B2B proposals.
- Strong knowledge of BX, Data, and Media.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- Senior-level autonomy and sound judgment.
What You Will Do
- Lead public tenders and private proposals end-to-end.
- Analyze briefs, tender documents, and RFPs.
- Design the strategic structure of proposals.
- Coordinate BX, Data, and Media teams.
- Draft and oversee technical proposals and presentations.
- Ensure alignment between scope, budget, and expectations.
- Support the sales team in pitch defenses and Q&A sessions.
