About the Role

The Business Administration Coordinator at INNOCEAN Canada is a key role supporting production studio financial processes and business administration. The role involves managing estimates, invoices, and project financial health checks while interacting with key stakeholders including producers, project managers, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial instruments and studio financial processes.
  • Handle quote and invoice management with external vendors.
  • Support estimate/WIP processes for project financials.
  • Assist in administrative tasks for production and talent projects.
  • Liaise with internal Business Administration and Finance teams.

Collaboration & Reporting

This role reports dotted-line to two studio managers: the Director of Video Production and the Director of Digital Delivery, ensuring coordination across vendor management, financial administration, and daily operational tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • College or University degree in Business Administration or Program Management.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in an advertising agency or automotive industry.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, process driven, and skilled in problem solving.
