Your Mission

As a Graphic Digital Designer, you will support the inne marketing team during a parental leave period. Your role is to maintain continuity, quality, and creative momentum across digital channels and design workflows.

• Own digital design production ensuring consistency.
• Create performance-focused ad creatives for Paid Social (primarily Meta) including static and motion formats.
• Design website layouts and support implementation of pending designs.
• Maintain and curate inne’s core image and asset library.
• Create original visuals including digital illustrations, short motion pieces, AI-generated visuals, and occasional 3D-rendered assets.
• Support visual direction for photoshoots and occasional print-ready design tasks.

About You

We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Graphic Digital Designer with a strong focus on digital-first assets. You must excel in designing marketing and campaign creatives, be proficient in Figma and Adobe Photoshop, and have experience in simple to mid-level motion design, website design, and asset management. Fluency in English is required. Native or near-native proficiency in German is a plus.
