About the Role - Customer Services Representative - Member Billing Department
You will be a key member of the wider Member Services team supporting both subscription and rental services. You will proactively chase unpaid invoices, negotiate payments, and resolve customer queries through telephone, email, or live chat. The role requires occasional travel to the central London office (Old Street) while being primarily work-from-home.
Role Responsibilities
- Process customer enquiries via telephone, email, or live chat.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries quickly and patiently.
- Monitor incoming payments and chase unpaid invoices.
- Collaborate as a team player and support colleagues during key dates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of processes.
- Maintain accurate internal records and support billing issues and loyalty redemptions.
- Uphold confidentiality of records and financial information.
- Work closely with the Sales and Member Services team for proactive customer support.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years in a customer service environment.
- Credit control or debt recovery experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong conflict management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
- Extreme attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and excellent time management.
