Primary Function/Purpose
The Human Resource Generalist plays a vital role in promoting positive staff relations and ensuring worker satisfaction through policy education, conflict resolution, and continuous staff support under the leadership of the CEO.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Report directly to the CEO on HR endeavors.
 - Maintain compliance with employment laws and update policies.
 - Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, and leave administration.
 - Manage employee inquiries, document files, and support performance reviews.
 - Oversee benefits management, recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, and employee training.
 - Coordinate safety training and enforce company policies.
 
Professional and Technical Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of HR or related experience.
 - High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred in Business or Health Care Administration.
 - Valid state Driver’s License; reliable transportation required.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EHR systems, and basic office equipment.
 - Effective communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
