Automation Tester Playwright

About the Role

Join an international team within Connectis, our Business Partner, to develop an innovative, AI-powered risk assessment portal. This system is revolutionizing the insurance industry by automating document comparison, high-risk data verification, and contract pricing/acceptance workflows, significantly enhancing the work of underwriters.

Your Role as an Automation Tester Playwright

• Create detailed test cases and scripts based on specified requirements.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and system tests effectively.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Prepare comprehensive test reports, metrics, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain automated tests using Cypress and Playwright.
• Integrate automated tests into Azure Pipelines for continuous integration.
• Conduct load and security performance tests to ensure system robustness.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse international team.

What We Expect From You

• Practical expertise in Playwright and Cypress frameworks, with the ability to write and maintain automated tests from scratch.
• Experience with Python and/or TypeScript, demonstrating an understanding of code logic and scripting, including personal or non-commercial projects.
• Communicative English for daily collaboration with the international team, participation in meetings, and documentation creation.
• Familiarity with Azure and Azure Pipelines in the context of CI/CD.
• Proficiency in working with Jira or Azure DevOps for project and defect management.
• Experience with GitHub Actions for workflow automation.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of JMeter or LoadRunner for performance testing.
• ISTQB certification or an equivalent qualification.
