Your Role in Our Team

At Ingram Micro, everything revolves around people. As part of our HR team, you are the key figure for attracting talent and strengthening our employer brand. You work closely with hiring managers at our four Benelux locations: Utrecht, Tilburg, Diegem, and Machelen, and report directly to our HR Director Benelux & Nordics, Hilco van Maanen.

In this role, you are given the trust and freedom to take full ownership of recruitment within the Benelux. You work independently and autonomously, but you are certainly not alone: you are a connecting discussion partner for hiring managers and stakeholders and know how to engage people in the recruitment process in a pleasant, convincing way. You think structured and look beyond today – you build a strong, sustainable recruitment strategy for the long term.

What Will You Do?

In this role, you are responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans.
  • Recruiting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers for a streamlined recruitment process.
  • Evaluating and optimizing recruitment processes.
  • Initiating and executing HR projects.
  • Analyzing recruitment data and tracking trends.
  • Sharing best practices within the Talent Acquisition EMEA community.

What Do You Bring?

  • HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
  • Minimum of four years of relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition or Corporate Recruitment.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment and employer branding.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
