Ingram Content Group is hiring a Manager, Sales IPS UK to join the Ingram Publisher Services team based in London. This role works closely with the Director of IPS UK to drive strategic sales initiatives across the UK and Europe and manage UK online accounts.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Manage a high-performing sales team across UK and Europe.
  • Increase market share across various sales channels.
  • Handle own portfolio of UK online accounts to generate revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with publishers and internal teams to maximize opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights on business trends.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows such as Frankfurt and London Book Fairs.
  • Provide regular market, competitor, and customer feedback.
  • Report progress to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

Applicants should have 5-7 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a sales management role, a college or university degree, and preferably publisher or book industry experience. Key skills include effective communication, analytical thinking, negotiation, team leadership, and proficiency in MS Office.

Physical & Additional Requirements
