Director, Operations

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Director, Operations to support our Distribution team in Jackson, TN. In this role, you will manage daily operations of the distribution center (DC), ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic direction, cost efficiency, and innovative process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily DC operations and staff management.
• Develop and communicate goals and objectives.
• Manage and execute the DC budget, analyze financial reports.
• Implement process improvements using technologies like RF and voice systems.
• Foster team engagement, succession planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain safety standards through training and accident prevention programs.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 7+ years in fast-paced distribution, 5+ years of operational leadership, and experience with a Warehouse Management System.

Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on leadership, continuous process improvement, team motivation, and proactive operational management.
