About The Role
As part of the Marketing Communications Center of Excellence, the MarComm Technology & Insights Manager will play a pivotal role in enabling technology-driven marketing excellence across 100+ brands globally. This position combines expertise in Digital Asset Management (DAM), marketing technology enablement, and competitive intelligence to ensure scalable, efficient, and insight-driven communications. The role will partner with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, optimize tools, and deliver actionable insights that empower business units and elevate brand performance.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Asset Management (DAM):
- Own the governance and optimization of DAM platforms to ensure global accessibility and compliance.
- Define and maintain taxonomy, metadata standards, tagging structures, and naming conventions for consistent asset organization.
- Develop training programs and best-practice guidelines for DAM adoption across brands and regions.
- Monitor usage and implement continuous improvements to enhance user experience and asset discoverability.
MarComm Technology Enablement
- Act as the subject matter expert for marcomm technology tools (e.g., DAM, content distribution platforms, etc).
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with CoE objectives and scalability needs.
Marcomm Competitor Insights & Market Intelligence
- Lead competitor benchmarking and trend analysis across multiple industries and geographies in the areas of content, marketing channels & marcomm technologies and innovation.
- Build dashboards (experience working with Qlik is preferred) and reports to deliver actionable insights to marketing and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with brand teams to translate insights into strategic recommendations for campaigns, content creation & distribution.
Additional Responsibilities
- Process Standardization: Create and maintain global guidelines for asset management, content workflows, and technology usage.
- Training & Enablement: Design and deliver onboarding sessions, webinars, and toolkits for business units.
- Data & Reporting: Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure technology adoption, DAM utilization, and insight impact.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between marcomm, technology, and business units to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability through automation and AI-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, DAM systems, or digital content management within a global organization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in competitive analysis and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise DAM platforms.
- Knowledge of taxonomy development and metadata standards.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Project management experience in technology enablement initiatives.
- Understanding of AI-driven content workflows and automation tools.

- Reduction in asset retrieval time and duplication.
