We are looking for an individual who can seamlessly integrate business, analytical, and financial perspectives, transforming data into compelling narratives that drive critical decision-making.
Your primary responsibilities will include preparing management reports, conducting in-depth analyses, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborating closely with the ING Capital Group and the Finance Division.

- Monitor KPIs and provide support to business areas in their interpretation and understanding.
- Integrate diverse data sources, including commercial, financial, risk, and external datasets.
- Provide ongoing support for ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests.
- Collaborate effectively with the broader ING Group and the bank's management.
- Actively participate in international projects within the ING Group.

- You have a very good command of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel (familiarity with Power Query and Power Pivot is a significant advantage).
- You are capable of independently analyzing data and formulating clear, actionable business conclusions.
- You demonstrate excellent work organization skills, are responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
- You can effectively communicate with business stakeholders and translate complex financial data in an understandable and engaging manner.
- You have English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
