About the Role

The Product Manager – Reporting Global CISO at ING Nederland is responsible for driving the reporting track of IT Security and Risk metrics, facilitating a strategic, data-driven approach to risk management. You will define meaningful metrics, key risk indicators (KRIs), and deliver automated, scalable, and actionable reporting solutions that empower stakeholders.

The Team

You will be a vital member of the Global CISO Security Data & Reporting Team, an international group focused on delivering timely, accurate cybersecurity and risk reporting across the bank. Collaboration with IT security, risk management, and executive leadership is key.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision and strategy for IT Security and Risk reporting.
• Define, prioritize, and deliver metrics and KRIs aligning with ING’s objectives.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into clear reporting outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and risk teams to implement automated reporting solutions.
• Ensure data quality and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Support operational CISO reporting for timely delivery of insights.
• Identify opportunities for centralization, automation, and scope expansion.
