About the Role

The Product Manager Cyber Recovery at ING Nederland is responsible for managing the Cyber Recovery product vision and roadmap within the Cloud tribe. In this role, you will work with a virtual squad, architects, and IT leaders to set technical strategy and ensure solutions meet customer and business needs while complying with legal, risk, and regulatory standards.

Team & Environment

You will join the Global Tribe Cloud that builds and runs the target infrastructure platform in a private cloud delivery model. The team consists of five global areas including Infrastructure as a Service, Data Services, Platform as a Service, Cloud API Platform, and Onboarding and Customer Experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage product vision and roadmap in line with ING’s resilience strategy.
  • Steer teams to automate processes and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Risk, and Business Continuity teams.
  • Drive innovation in recovery architecture with immutable storage and automated recovery.
  • Monitor recovery readiness and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with Product Managers to streamline delivery and minimize dependencies.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder updates and performance reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in IT resilience, disaster recovery, or cybersecurity domains.
  • Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in international environments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as DORA and NIS2.
