Overview
ING Bank is rolling out one standard implementation for Interest Rate Risk and Forecasting in the banking books. Regulations and internal risk management insights require enhanced ALM capabilities to be implemented consistently throughout ING Bank.
Team & Role
As a Junior Data Analyst - ALM Analysis and Reporting, you will work on the implementation and roll-out of a central ALM Data Results area (ARA) and support monthly ALM data deliveries and reconciliations. You will be central to maintaining good relations with end-users and stakeholders including Financial Risk teams, various ING locations and ING Finance teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop functionality to support efficient delivery of analysis and reporting data requests (e.g. ALCO, stress test inputs).
- Translate external and internal business data requests into actionable items.
- Align and agree results with key stakeholders and management.
- Develop new capabilities in our target model (QRM) for complex data requests.
- Implement and roll out new data solutions for end-users and locations.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker with solid data management skills, capable of working well in a team environment. You should be comfortable handling complex ALM data structures, have good communication skills and some hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools.
