Senior Marketing Coordinator at Infosys
In this pivotal role, you will act as the central point of coordination, bridging the Security Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Technology teams for our client. The Senior Marketing Coordinator is crucial for successfully executing complex, multi-channel campaigns by ensuring seamless alignment across all stakeholders, meticulously tracking deliverables and timelines, and proactively mitigating any execution risks.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage measurable webcasts, webinars, and live demos that effectively drive pipeline across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Compile compelling promotional materials that resonate with our target audience, driving registrants, attendees, and on-demand consumption.
- Coordinate campaign promotion internally across various teams.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing operations team to create necessary tickets and campaigns within our automation system.
- Upload leads and work with Integrate for efficient list uploads and proper lead flow.
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of Security Marketing campaigns by managing tasks, timelines, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain and actively monitor campaign project plans, progress updates, and dependencies utilizing robust project tracking tools such as AirTable and Smartsheet.
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Martech teams to ensure the timely delivery of technical components, including Eloqua assets, Salesforce lead routing, and comprehensive campaign tracking.
- Facilitate weekly status check-ins, proactively identify roadblocks, and drive prompt resolution of issues impacting timelines or quality.
- Support QA/test coordination for high-impact campaign activities, guaranteeing readiness across all execution components.
- Document and continuously improve internal campaign workflows to enhance efficiency, visibility, and repeatability across projects.
Qualifications
Basic
A Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty will be considered in lieu of every year of education. A minimum of 6 years of experience related to the job description is essential.
Preferred:
- Strong program management discipline, coupled with a working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems, and proven experience supporting marketing execution at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse cross-functional workstreams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry-leading marketing systems such as Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in stakeholder reporting and detailed documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with a working knowledge of campaign tracking and performance reporting.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating enterprise-level marketing programs or campaign operations.
- Exposure to content management systems and dynamic email platforms (e.g., Knak, Stensul).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as AirTable or Smartsheet.
- A background in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity sector.
