Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior IT Project Manager, Banking and Finance, you will be pivotal in planning and ensuring the quality and timeliness of activities related to the design, build, and implementation of work products. Your responsibilities will include active participation in requirements elicitation, thorough analysis of architecture, and the creation and review of designs. You will also contribute to crucial activities such as estimation, staffing analysis, solutioning, and risk planning. A key part of your role will be to act as a mentor, supporting the project team in developing optimized, high-quality deliverables. You will thrive within a learning culture that strongly encourages teamwork and collaboration, rewards excellence, and respects and values diversity.
