Overview

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant Program Manager with proven expertise in digital transformation and agile methodologies. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Project, Powerpoint, Excel and various PM Tools (Jira, Clarizen, Clarity, Change-point, Planview) alongside certifications like PMP, ACP, or CSM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management tracks and pursuits across digital transformation projects.
  • Drive Agile work methodologies and transformation management office engagements.
  • Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk identification.
  • Mentor junior consultants and facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Engage with CXOs and top management, especially in banking and financial institutions.

Candidate Requirements

  • 5-10 years total experience with at least 3+ years in top-tier consulting post-MBA.
  • MBA from a top-tier institution and consulting experience with big 4 or equivalent firms.
  • Experience managing large-scale business or technology-enabled transformation programs.
  • Hands-on proficiency in agile roles such as Project Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in local language for interacting with banks/financial institutions.

Digital & Transformation Focus

This role emphasizes digital offerings, transformation roadmaps, and innovation methodologies to improve performance and profitability for clients. Candidates must be capable of building Work Breakdown Structures and Risk Breakdown Structures to ensure clarity and effective execution.
