Overview

The Senior Consultant Program Manager at Infosys will work on complex digital transformation and project management engagements. The ideal candidate has proven expertise in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and various PM tools like Jira, Clarizen, Clarity, Change-point, and Planview, along with certifications such as PMP, ACP, or CSM.

Role Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Driving complex engagements for diverse company sizes globally.
  • Leading projects using agile methodologies and SAFe frameworks.
  • Mentoring junior consultants while collaborating across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Managing digital transformation roadmaps, innovation initiatives and transformation management offices.
  • Developing detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and risk structures.
  • Facilitating communication and producing status reports for stakeholders.

Experience & Expertise

Candidates must have 5-10 years of experience, with at least 3+ years in top-tier consulting post-MBA in project management, PMO, or transformation roles, preferably in banking and financial institutions. Prior consulting experience with big 4 or equivalent firms and proven CXO-level client engagement is essential. Strong skills in Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Risk Breakdown Structures (RBS) are required.
