RPA Developer at Infosys
As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight. This role focuses on leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to drive digital transformation initiatives for clients.
You will be instrumental in the development of proposals, owning parts of the proposal document and providing inputs in solution design based on your areas of expertise in RPA technologies.
Your responsibilities will include planning the activities of configuration, configuring the product as per the design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design for RPA implementations.
You will also conduct solution and product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) or Proof of Technology (POT) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgetary requirements and Infosys' financial guidelines.
A key aspect of this role is to actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, with the overarching objective of providing high-quality, value-adding RPA solutions to customers.
