Overview

The Product Analyst Healthcare role at Infosys is pivotal in delivering feature user stories within a scrum team and continuously building a backlog for the team.

Responsibilities

Work hands on with Payer/Provider/PBM organizations, interact with multiple stakeholders including internal teams, customers, and vendors, and communicate architecture design decisions and their impacts to features and user stories. Collaborate with the Product Manager to map out user stories for a capability or feature and become the subject matter expert of the capability.

Technical and Functional Requirements

  • Experience in legacy and web-based systems interfaces and APIs
  • Create and own detailed use cases and functional requirements
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Experience in a Global delivery environment
