The role demands proven leadership in complex engagements, strong client relationship management especially with CxOs, and a track record in project management certifications like PMI-PMP, SAFe, PRINCE2, and others. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and PM tools such as Jira and Clarizen is essential.
