Required Experience and Skills

  • 10-20 years of experience with 6+ years leading large programs.
  • Expertise in SAFe, PMI-PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or CSM certifications.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and PM tools (Jira, Clarizen, etc.).
  • Experience with digital transformation, Fintech platforms and banking transformation engagements.
  • Excellent client relationship management, especially with C-level executives.
  • MBA from a top-tier institution and relevant consulting or IT enabled services background.
