Practice Client Partner Data & Analytics

Infosys is seeking a Practice Client Partner for its Data & Analytics Practice. This role is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The Practice Client Partner collaborates with their manager (Senior Practice Client Partner) to develop an account plan and manages client relationships based on this plan.

Role Description

This role encompasses several key areas:

  • Client relationship management and business development: Manage client relationships, build a portfolio, and own the entire opportunity management cycle from prospect to close. Drive the sales strategy for data and analytics services, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within a specific vertical. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline, collaborating with vertical sales teams and engaging directly with clients. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding unique business challenges and presenting tailored solutions that align with strategic objectives, effectively demonstrating the value proposition of our data and analytics services.
  • Client delivery assurance: Work closely with internal teams, including delivery, consulting, CTO Organization, marketing, and the analytics team, to ensure alignment between client expectations and service offerings. Collaborate with technology providers and partners to enhance service capabilities and comprehensively address client needs.
  • Account planning and governance: Create the account plan, outlining required relationships, opportunities to be pursued, and pricing decisions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, such as revenue attainment and pipeline growth, and bottom-line performance. Provide regular updates to senior management, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty will be considered in lieu of every year of education.
  • 11+ years of experience, with strong sales, relationship management, and account management expertise.
  • Significant business development and project management experience.
  • Proven track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contacts.
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
