Overview

Infosys is seeking an Oracle OCI Cloud Admin with proven technical expertise in Oracle PaaS administration. The role involves building and provisioning PaaS instances including OIC, VBCS, OCI IAM/IDCS, API Gateway, WebLogic, SOA, and ODI Marketplace services in OCI.

Responsibilities

The candidate will dive deep into the OCI landscape to:

  • Craft and plan environment strategy for PaaS services.
  • Guide team technical excellence and cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Interact with customers to gather requirements and analyze processes for automation.
  • Manage instance creation, maintenance, user access, and code migration in controlled environments with automated deployment/DEVOPS solutions.
  • Monitor service availability, troubleshoot platform issues, and analyze OIC log streams.
  • Deploy and configure OIC Agents, manage OAuth and SSL for integrations, and execute upgrade strategies from Gen 2 to Gen 3.
  • Configure OCI IAM policies, identity federation, and SSO integrations.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, 4+ years in IT, and strong experience with Oracle PaaS services. Candidates must be within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or willing to relocate. Travel within the US may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in environment strategy planning for Oracle PaaS Services.
  • Exposure to OCI IaaS components like DRG, IP Sec VPN, Fast Connect.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, incident, and change management.
