Infosys is seeking an IT Project Manager with expertise in React Native mobile application development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of React Native mobile application projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize business and technical requirements, translating them into clear project plans and backlogs.
• Coordinate and mentor React Native developers, designers, and QA teams, facilitating effective communication and removing delivery roadblocks.
• Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and release plans; monitor progress and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
• Ensure technical decisions and implementation approaches align with React Native best practices and long-term product vision.
• Conduct regular status meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Track and report project health using relevant metrics (e.g., velocity, defect rates, release readiness) to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-platform mobile releases, ensuring smooth handoffs between development, testing, and deployment teams.
• Manage change requests, assess impact on scope and timelines, and communicate trade-offs and decisions transparently.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and learning-focused team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing around React Native and mobile development practice.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong understanding of Project Management fundamentals, including Project Lifecycles on development & maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, and quality processes.
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages; knowledge of architecture frameworks, and design principles; ability to comprehend & manage technology and performance engineering.
• Basic domain knowledge to understand business requirements/functionality.
• Ability to perform project planning and scheduling, manage tasks, and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines.
• Ability to work with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, create estimates, and produce project charters.
• Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is a prerequisite.
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with an ability to collaborate.
