About the Role: IT Delivery at Infosys
As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role as an IT Delivery professional would be to interface with clients, ensuring quality assurance, resolving issues, and achieving high customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating architecture, and maintaining high levels of service offerings to clients within the technology domain.
You will actively participate in project estimation, provide valuable inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, and perform thorough code reviews and unit test plan reviews. A significant part of your role involves leading and guiding your teams towards developing optimized, high-quality code deliverables, fostering continual knowledge management, and ensuring strict adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.

Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Interface with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Understand requirements, create and review designs, and validate architecture.
- Ensure high levels of service offerings in technology domain.
