Job Description
IT Delivery Lead at Infosys
As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role as an IT Delivery Lead would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating the architecture, and ensuring high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain.
You will actively participate in project estimation, provide crucial inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, and perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews. A significant part of your role will involve leading and guiding your teams towards developing optimized, high-quality code deliverables, fostering continual knowledge management, and ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.
