About the Role: IT Delivery at Infosys
As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role as an IT Delivery professional would be to interface with clients, ensuring quality assurance, prompt issue resolution, and achieving high customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in understanding client requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating architecture, and delivering high levels of service offerings within the technology domain.
Your responsibilities will also include participating in project estimation, providing valuable inputs for solution delivery, conducting technical risk planning, and performing comprehensive code and unit test plan reviews. You will lead and guide your teams to develop optimized, high-quality code deliverables, foster continuous knowledge management, and ensure strict adherence to Infosys's organizational guidelines and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interface directly with clients for quality assurance and issue resolution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycle.

- Participate in project estimation and provide solution delivery inputs.
- Conduct technical risk planning, code reviews, and unit test plan reviews.
