Job Description
IT Consulting Specialist at Infosys
As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages- from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead consulting engagements, delivering value-added solutions across problem definition, diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment.
- Review consultant proposals, provide guidance, and analyze solutions to identify potential risks and issues.
- Identify change management requirements and propose structured approaches for client management through effective communication.
- Coach and develop teams, provide subject matter training, and motivate team members through feedback and recognition.
- Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality consulting solutions.
- Assist clients in their digital transformation journey.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong business acumen, strategy, and cross-industry thought leadership.
- Awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills with strong collaboration abilities.
- Two to three industry domain knowledge.
- Understanding of financial processes for various project types and pricing models.
- Excellent client interfacing skills.
- Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.
- Project and team management experience.
- Good knowledge of software configuration management systems.
