About the Role

The IT Consulting Specialist at Infosys plays a key role in aiding the consulting team in project phases such as problem definition, estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment.

Daily Responsibilities

This role involves creating requirement specifications, defining to-be processes, and building proof-of-concepts (POCs) through extensive research and vendor evaluation.

  • Support configuration and troubleshooting of solutions.
  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze and refine data.
