Overview
As an Infosys consultant, your primary role is to diagnose customer issues, design innovative solutions, and facilitate smooth deployments that delight clients in their digital transformation journey.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose customer issues and design tailored solutions.
- Contribute to proposal document development and solution design.
- Configure products as per design and conduct pilots.
- Conduct product demonstrations, POC workshops, and prepare effort estimates.
- Lead small projects and support team/unit initiatives.
Required Skills and Competencies

- Experience with Appian BPM, Kong, and Apigee.
