Overview

The Gen AI Observability RCA Consultant at Infosys will design and implement AI-driven RCA and impact analysis frameworks integrated with modern observability platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Strong understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Impact Analysis methodologies.
  • Experience in designing AI-powered automation and monitoring systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI-driven RCA frameworks with observability platforms.
  • Leverage Agentic AI and GenAI for automating incident response decisions.
  • Integrate tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, DataDog, Grafana, CloudWatch, Splunk, and ELK.
  • Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, and platform teams on KPIs and workflows.
  • Develop autonomous agents for real-time monitoring and anomaly detection.
  • Drive innovation in predictive analytics and self-healing systems.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of solutions.
