Overview

The Data Strategy Consultant at Infosys plays a key role in engaging directly with clients to ensure quality assurance, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will work as part of the Infosys delivery team, interfacing with clients, understanding their requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating architecture, and ensuring exemplary service in the technology domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface directly with clients for quality assurance and issue resolution.
  • Create, review designs and validate system architecture.
  • Participate in project estimation and solution delivery planning.
  • Conduct technical risk planning, code reviews, and unit test plan reviews.
