Overview

Infosys is seeking a Manager of Client Services for their Hi-Tech Sales sector. The Client Partner - Hi-Tech Sales is responsible for managing client relationships, business development, and ensuring client delivery assurance within a large account with a P&L up to $40M.

Role Description

The role involves client relationship management, building a portfolio up to $30-40M, and managing the full opportunity cycle from prospecting to closing. You will collaborate with internal delivery stakeholders to ensure all client commitments are fulfilled and develop comprehensive account plans including pricing and opportunity pursuits.

Infosys provides turnkey services for manufacturers, distributors in semiconductors, consumer electronics, and software vendors such as game developers. Their digital factory solutions improve asset efficiency and extend the life of legacy systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 11+ years experience.
  • Strong sales, relationship management, and account management experience.
  • Experience in business development, project management, and the Hi-Tech industry.
  • Proven track record in interacting with C-level contacts.
  • Hands-on proposal creation and presentation leadership.
  • Ability to work in a global, multi-location environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry-specific go-to-market solution knowledge.
  • Understanding of industry business issues and drivers.
  • Experience with a Global Delivery Model.
  • History as an Account Manager in growing client relationships.

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated annual compensation ranges from $128,000 to $250,000. Benefits include medical/dental/vision/life insurance, disability plans, reimbursement accounts, 401(k), paid holidays, and time off.
