About the Business Analyst Role at Business Analyst

As part of the Infosys delivery team, you will serve as the primary interface with clients, ensuring quality assurance, issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction. You will understand client requirements, review designs, validate architecture, and ensure superior service offerings in the technology domain.

Your responsibilities will include project estimation, contributing to solution delivery, technical risk planning, code reviews, and unit test plan validations. You will lead teams to develop optimized, high quality code deliverables along with continual knowledge management while adhering to organizational guidelines and processes.

This role entails working with multiple technologies, understanding architectural and design fundamentals, testing tools, agile methodologies, and various project lifecycle activities. It requires an analytical mindset, strong technical and communication skills, and a deep understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modeling methods.
