About the Role: Business Analyst at Infosys
As a Business Analyst within the Infosys consulting team, your core responsibility is to deeply understand customer challenges, identify problematic areas, develop innovative solutions, and ensure successful deployment to achieve client satisfaction.
You will play a crucial role in the proposal development process, contributing to proposal documents and providing expert input on solution design. Your activities will include planning configuration tasks, configuring products according to design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and addressing any queries related to requirements and solution design.
The Business Analyst will also be responsible for conducting solution and product demonstrations, leading Proof of Concept (POC) or Proof of Technology workshops, and preparing accurate effort estimates that align with customer budgetary constraints and Infosys's financial guidelines.
This position requires you to actively lead small projects and contribute significantly to unit-level and organizational initiatives, always aiming to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.
