About the Azure DevOps Consultant Role
As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role is to diagnose customer issues, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment for client delight. You will play a pivotal role in developing proposals, providing solution design input, and ensuring product configuration and demonstration.
Main Responsibilities
- Diagnose customer issues and design innovative solutions.
- Own parts of proposal documents and contribute to solution design.
- Plan configuration activities and conduct conference room pilots.
- Conduct product demonstrations, POCs, and technology workshops.
- Lead small projects and contribute to organizational initiatives.
Skill and Experience Requirements
The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of software configuration management systems, logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong client interfacing skills. Awareness of industry trends, financial process understanding for different projects, and the ability to assess and implement process improvements are essential.
