Associate Partner, Business Consulting - Semiconductor

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Associate Partner for its North American Semiconductor (CMT) practice. Join the leadership team and work on growth, digital transformation, and problem-solving in the Semiconductor industry.

About The Role

As part of the North American leadership team, you will partner with consulting leadership and sales to execute growth and delivery strategies, recruit high performing teams, and lead client engagements. Your role involves problem definition, solution design, and driving major transformation initiatives.

  • Lead client teams in digital transformation and consulting engagements.
  • Develop innovative solutions and thought leadership in CMT trends.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development.
  • Build and manage senior-level client relationships across the semiconductor ecosystem.
  • Participate in proposal development and strategic deal shaping.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • 12+ years in business consulting, strategy, or transformation roles.
  • Digital transformation experience and strong supply chain leadership.
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor business models and trends.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 4 days a week to various client locations.

Preferred Qualifications & Benefits
