Job Summary
Infosys is seeking an experienced Agile Consultant/Scrum Master to drive Agile adoption and transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on AI-integrated practices, AI/ML, MLOps, and Generative AI tools. This role involves diagnosing current Agile practices, defining transformation strategies, coaching teams, and designing tailored training interventions to enhance Agile maturity and delivery efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose current state of Agile practices and suggest improvement actions.
- Consult clients to define Agile adoption/transformation strategies at enterprise, portfolio, program, and team levels.
- Coach teams and help them improve their Agile maturity.
- Design and deliver appropriate Agile training interventions.
- Influence client stakeholders to understand the benefits of Agile adoption.
- Coach teams in adopting engineering practices.
- Develop and deliver customized, role-based Agile coaching/training interventions.
- Guide teams on leveraging AI-enabled Agile tools and automation for improved delivery efficiency and data-driven decision making.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum principles, and experience in large-scale Agile transformations. A solid understanding of AI/ML, MLOps, and Generative AI tools and their application within an Agile framework is crucial. Excellent consulting, coaching, and communication skills are required to effectively engage with clients and teams.
