We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sponsorship Sales Executive to drive commercial growth across our international cybersecurity conferences. In this role, you’ll be responsible for prospecting and outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing sponsorship deals while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional sponsor experiences.This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is eager to build strong B2B sales skills within the cybersecurity and enterprise technology space. You’ll own relationships with tech vendors, security solution providers, and recruitment-focused brands looking to connect with cybersecurity professionals, practitioners, and product buyers. You will be the bridge between Payatu’s world-class conferences and the industry leaders who want to be part of them.What You'll Be Doing
- Research and identify potential sponsors across cybersecurity vendors, product companies, training firms, and technology brands.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for sponsorship deals, including prospecting, outreach, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline across assigned regions and industry segments.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored sponsorship opportunities.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and customized pitch decks.
- Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and agreement terms in alignment with event and business objectives.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships and act as a point of contact for renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Update CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) with accurate activity logs, forecasts, and meeting notes.
- Collaborate with marketing, events, and operations teams to ensure smooth sponsor delivery and post-sale coordination.
- Stay informed on cybersecurity trends, competitor events, and emerging market opportunities.
What You Bring To The Table
- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, preferably within the enterprise tech/cybersecurity event industry.
- Background selling to cybersecurity vendors or CISO-focused organizations is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication, both verbal and written, and strong negotiation skills
- Confidence and professionalism in conducting outreach, client calls, and presentations.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects, follow-ups, and deadlines with strong time-management skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in an independent, high-accountability environment
- Interest in cybersecurity, enterprise technology, and sponsorship sales (training will be provided).
