Role Overview: Real Estate Operations Assistant

Join our dynamic team supporting the Global Real Estate Operations Manager. This role offers comprehensive in-house training on real estate essentials, internal systems, and processes to help you grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Global Real Estate database.
  • Handle lease administration and documentation.
  • Process financial transactions and vendor administration.
  • Coordinate and support Real Estate projects.
  • Administer business rates and property matters.
  • Maintain Real Estate software and systems.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the real estate team.

Qualifications & About You

You are highly organised, proactive, and an excellent communicator. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail are required. Experience in commercial real estate is a plus but not essential.
