Job Description

Based in New York, Irving, or Boulder, this role seeks an experienced, strategic-minded Event Technology Project Manager to join the Event Technology Operations (ETO) team. You will manage multiple concurrent events and workstreams, ensuring high-quality execution and strategic oversight across event technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery & Execution: Manage end-to-end delivery of event technology solutions using Agile methodologies, ensuring QA and UAT.
  • Strategic Oversight & Collaboration: Serve as the primary contact, collaborate with business and technical teams, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a connector between commercial teams, operations, and technical specialists, providing clear updates and flagging risks.
  • Event Technology Integration: Coordinate with technical leads for configuration, testing, and launch of event technologies and support onsite execution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in event technology or live event environments.
  • CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification an advantage.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with Agile delivery models and cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
