Role Overview: Master Data Management Lead

This role, based at 5 Howick Place, Victoria (minimum 3 days a week in the office), is part of the Commercial Data Governance Team. Reporting to the Head of Data Governance, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of MDM capabilities across commercial data domains including Customer and Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MDM strategy and execution by defining roadmaps and golden record rules.
• Enable cross-platform standardization with technology teams for deduplication and synchronization.
• Support governance programs including data quality initiatives and M&A integration.
• Ensure documentation with master data definitions, glossaries, and governance oversight.

Key Partnerships

Collaborate with teams including IIRIS (Customer 360), Customer and Event Technology, Group Privacy and Information Security, as well as Marketing, Sales, Product teams, and Data Stewards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Master Data Management and Enterprise Data Governance.
• Experience with Customer or Product data in B2B environments.
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Reltio, Semarchy, etc.).
• Familiarity with commercial platforms like CRM, CDP, ERP, and PIM.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
