Role Overview: Marketing Manager – Events

This hands-on, commercially minded role supports planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will drive audience acquisition, delegate conversions, and event revenue while collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Deliver multi-channel campaigns (email, paid social, content syndication, web, etc.).
  • Audience Targeting: Build and refine audience lists, segments and personas.
  • Conversion Messaging: Write persuasive copy for emails, landing pages, and other touchpoints.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, report and optimize campaign performance.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide sales collateral and lead intelligence support.
  • Content Repurposing: Transform event content into promotional assets.
  • Stakeholder & Media Management: Liaise with internal teams and external media partners.
  • Social Media Management: Plan and publish both organic and paid social media content.

Qualifications & Desirable Skills

Candidates should have solid B2B marketing experience, especially in events, conferences, or lead generation. Strong writing skills and proficiency in CRM/email platforms (Eloqua, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) are required. Experience with paid media platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and basic SEO principles is a plus.
