Position Overview

The Event Registration Associate role is based in Kansas City, KS and requires in-office presence 3 days a week. As part of the Event Operations team, you will support the Event Registration process by managing customer inquiries, technical issues, and registration requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first line support for technical event registration issues.
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Process registrations, manage customer inquiries, and follow up as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date product information and customer data integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer account issues.
  • Perform additional administrative duties and quality control tasks.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in CRM or registration systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail oriented with proven ability to manage high call volumes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours and Compensation

Working hours are 8am - 4pm PST with a salary range of $45,000 - $49,000, based on experience.
